SCOPE
Genentech, an American Biotechnology company headquartered in San Francisco, CA, sought to inform its employees about the mission of its political action committee, GenenPAC. The objective: bolster membership by showcasing how GenenPAC leverages political engagement, advocating for state and federal policies that support the pharmaceutical industry and drive scientific innovation. We were approached to develop the creative concept and produce video content that communicates how GenenPAC’s efforts generate positive societal outcomes.
OBJECTIVE
Produce a three to five-minute film to increase employee participation in Genentech’s Political Action Committee from 600 to 1000 members.
CHALLENGE
Effectively communicate how GenenPAC’s advocacy directly impacts patient well-being and advances healthcare outcomes.
APPROACH
The stakeholder was new to video production, so the most critical aspect of our approach was listening. We helped the client navigate every stage of our six-step process, from developing the strategy and defining the objective to creative development and execution. We addressed their concerns at every step to ensure the final product exceeded expectations.
RESULTS
