SCOPE
World Media Interactive, a Miami-based Digital marketing agency, solicited us to produce a campaign for their client Resorts World Catskills (RWC), a resort and Casino in Monticello, NY. We had worked with the agency previously on a campaign for RWC’s sister property on the island of Bimini in the Bahamas.

OBJECTIVE
Delivering an increase in awareness across all the brand metrics with an elevated approach that highlights the unique personality of Resorts World Catskills across all channels.
CHALLENGE
Brand recognition was an issue; RWC competed in a crowded northeastern market. In addition, RWC has a sister resort with a similar logo and color, which made it harder to articulate the desired brand recognition.
APPROACH
Our approach had to surpass creating just another “spot,” ensuring that RWC would stand out in the hyper-competitive New York Casino landscape. We produced broadcast, print, and social content for targeted audiences. In collaboration with the agency and client, we fostered creative approaches to showcase the brand in an entertaining fashion without compromising the resort’s premium look and feel.

Player Club signups increased by 38%
Online room revenue increased 32%
